Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is to decide whether to let Danny Welbeck leave this summer, with Chelsea at the front of the queue to land the English striker.
During a press conference this morning, the tight-lipped Arsenal boss told reporters that the club had yet to make a decision.
'As it stands, the only thing that I can say is that no decision has been made in relation to Welbeck's future at the club.'
Arsene Wenger went on to praise the English striker, saying that 'he is a tremendous asset to the club' and that he would 'love it if he decided to stay'.
According to sources that are close to the player, Welbeck is keen on making the move to Stamford Bridge because of family-related reasons.
The bid for Welbeck is expected to be in the region of €25 million.
