Everton manager Ronald Koeman is to decide whether to let Romelu Lukaku leave this summer, with Newcastle at the front of the queue to land the former Chelsea striker.
During a press conference this morning, the tight-lipped Everton boss told reporters that the club had yet to make a decision.
'As it stands, the only thing that I can say is that no decision has been made in relation to Lukaku's future at the club.'
Ronald Koeman went on to praise the former Chelsea striker, saying that 'he is a tremendous asset to the club' and that he would 'love it if he decided to stay'.
According to sources that are close to the player, Lukaku is keen on making the move to St James' Park because of family-related reasons.
The bid for Lukaku is expected to be in the region of €38 million.
