Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is to decide whether to let Vincent Kompany leave this summer, with Arsenal at the front of the queue to land the Man City centre-back.
During a press conference this morning, the tight-lipped Manchester City boss told reporters that the club had yet to make a decision.
'As it stands, the only thing that I can say is that no decision has been made in relation to Kompany's future at the club.'
Pep Guardiola went on to praise the Man City centre-back, saying that 'he is a tremendous asset to the club' and that he would 'love it if he decided to stay'.
According to sources that are close to the player, Kompany is keen on making the move to the Emirates because of family-related reasons.
The bid for Kompany is expected to be in the region of €38 million.
