Chelsea have slapped a €49 million price tag on PSG target Thibaut Courtois.
It is believed that the Chelsea shot-stopper is intent on joining Unai Emery at Parc des Princes.
According to several sources, PSG are extremely interested in acquiring the Chelsea shot-stopper.
'He's a great asset to have', remarked one insider. 'Personally, I think that Chelsea are mad to let him go.'
As rumours continued to spread that Courtois would be joining PSG, former Liverpool player and football television pundit Jamie Carragher voiced his concerns about the move.
'I'm not sure that Chelsea know what they are doing here. Courtois is a terrific player and a price such as €49 million will not make up for losing him.'
Former Manchester United legend Gary Neville was in agreement with Carragher: 'Courtois adds so much to Chelsea that it would be ludicrous for them to sell him now.'
