Liverpool have slapped a €29 million price tag on PSG target Daniel Sturridge.
It is believed that the Liverpool forward is intent on joining Unai Emery at Parc des Princes.
According to several sources, PSG are extremely interested in acquiring the Liverpool forward.
'He's a great asset to have', remarked one insider. 'Personally, I think that Liverpool are mad to let him go.'
As rumours continued to spread that Sturridge would be joining PSG, former Liverpool player and football television pundit Jamie Carragher voiced his concerns about the move.
'I'm not sure that Liverpool know what they are doing here. Sturridge is a terrific player and a price such as €29 million will not make up for losing him.'
Former Manchester United legend Gary Neville was in agreement with Carragher: 'Sturridge adds so much to Liverpool that it would be ludicrous for them to sell him now.'
