Swansea have slapped a €21 million price tag on West Ham target Andre Ayew.
It is believed that the Swansea midfielder is intent on joining Slaven Bilic at Upton Park.
According to several sources, West Ham are extremely interested in acquiring the Swansea midfielder.
'He's a great asset to have', remarked one insider. 'Personally, I think that Swansea are mad to let him go.'
As rumours continued to spread that Ayew would be joining West Ham, former Liverpool player and football television pundit Jamie Carragher voiced his concerns about the move.
'I'm not sure that Swansea know what they are doing here. Ayew is a terrific player and a price such as €21 million will not make up for losing him.'
Former Manchester United legend Gary Neville was in agreement with Carragher: 'Ayew adds so much to Swansea that it would be ludicrous for them to sell him now.'
