Liverpool have slapped a €30 million price tag on Dortmund target Philippe Coutinho.
It is believed that the Brazilian youngster is intent on joining Thomas Tuchel at the Westfalenstadion.
According to several sources, Dortmund are extremely interested in acquiring the Brazilian youngster.
'He's a great asset to have', remarked one insider. 'Personally, I think that Liverpool are mad to let him go.'
As rumours continued to spread that Coutinho would be joining Dortmund, former Liverpool player and football television pundit Jamie Carragher voiced his concerns about the move.
'I'm not sure that Liverpool know what they are doing here. Coutinho is a terrific player and a price such as €30 million will not make up for losing him.'
Former Manchester United legend Gary Neville was in agreement with Carragher: 'Coutinho adds so much to Liverpool that it would be ludicrous for them to sell him now.'
