Real Madrid demand €34 million for Atletico Madrid target Isco.

Real Madrid have slapped a €34 million price tag on Atletico Madrid target Isco.

It is believed that the attacking midfielder is intent on joining Diego Simeone at the Vicente Calderon Stadium.

According to several sources, Atletico Madrid are extremely interested in acquiring the attacking midfielder.

'He's a great asset to have', remarked one insider. 'Personally, I think that Real Madrid are mad to let him go.'

As rumours continued to spread that Isco would be joining Atletico Madrid, former Liverpool player and football television pundit Jamie Carragher voiced his concerns about the move.

'I'm not sure that Real Madrid know what they are doing here. Isco is a terrific player and a price such as €34 million will not make up for losing him.'

Former Manchester United legend Gary Neville was in agreement with Carragher: 'Isco adds so much to Real Madrid that it would be ludicrous for them to sell him now.'
