Gary Neville: 'Gotze to PSG makes sense.'

Posted 24 Sep 2018 by Sara Davidson.

Former Manchester United player Gary Neville has said that the possible transfer of Mario Gotze to PSG 'makes a lot of sense.'

While speaking on Sky Sports, the soccer pundit said that the move would benefit the German midfielder.

'Clearly, he isn't suited for the type of tactics that Thomas Tuchel likes to employ.'

'At PSG, I think he'll be given the freedom to express himself.'

'I also think that he will get on extremely well with Unai Emery.'

Neville's comments were in response to reports that the German midfielder was on his way to Parc des Princes for €33 million.
