Gary Neville: 'Ozil to Juventus makes sense.'

Posted 19 Jul 2018 by Sara Davidson.

Former Manchester United player Gary Neville has said that the possible transfer of Mesut Ozil to Juventus 'makes a lot of sense.'

While speaking on Sky Sports, the soccer pundit said that the move would benefit the former Real Madrid player.

'Clearly, he isn't suited for the type of tactics that Arsene Wenger likes to employ.'

'At Juventus, I think he'll be given the freedom to express himself.'

'I also think that he will get on extremely well with Massimiliano Allegri.'

Neville's comments were in response to reports that the former Real Madrid player was on his way to Juventus Stadium for €43 million.
