West Ham boss Slaven Bilic and Enner Valencia had to be physically separated yesterday after the pair traded blows in a shocking training ground bust-up.
A physical altercation between Slaven Bilic and the Ecuadorian footballer resulted in West Ham players stepping in to separate the two.
According to one source at Upton Park, the tempers erupted when Valencia questioned Slaven Bilic's managerial ability.
'There are rumours floating around the club that Valencia is on his way to Crystal Palace. So when Valencia told the gaffer that he wasn't up to Alan Pardew's standard, all hell broke loose.'
