Over the past 24 hours, there have been several reports that Gylfi Sigurdsson has been speaking to club representatives belonging to Newcastle.
According to one Twitter user, the Swansea star had lunch in Nandos before heading in the direction of St James' Park.
'He was with a number of men in suits', said the Twitter user, who was shocked to have seen the Swansea midfielder.
'He refused to give me his autograph because he said that he was too busy trying to complete a €34 million move to Newcastle.'
'I'm pretty sure that I saw Rafael Benitez there as well.'
