Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has told reporters that the club will not be accepting any transfer bids for Bastian Schweinsteiger.
'He is an integral part of the team and we will do everything in our power to keep him', said the Manchester United manager.
The statement was made in response to media reports that Tottenham are planning to launch a €33 million bid for the German midfielder.
Despite Jose Mourinho's claims that Schweinsteiger is not for sale, one well-placed source at Old Trafford has said that the club is willing to part ways with the German midfielder if an acceptable is received.
'If someone comes in with a bid of around €33 million, then I can see that being accepted.'
