TODAY, VfL Wolfsburg manager Dieter Hecking blasted Liverpool over what he called a 'blatant attempt' at tapping up Luiz Gustavo.
During a press conference this morning, the VfL Wolfsburg boss said that it was 'disgraceful' that Liverpool were able to contact the Brazilian midfielder without first gaining permission from the club.
The statements come on the back of earlier reports that Liverpool had a €31 million bid for the player rejected.
