TODAY, West Brom manager Tony Pulis blasted Leicester City over what he called a 'blatant attempt' at tapping up Matt Phillips.
During a press conference this morning, the West Brom boss said that it was 'disgraceful' that Leicester City were able to contact the West Brom winger without first gaining permission from the club.
The statements come on the back of earlier reports that Leicester City had a €10 million bid for the player rejected.
