TODAY, Stoke City manager Mark Hughes blasted Southampton over what he called a 'blatant attempt' at tapping up Charlie Adam.
During a press conference this morning, the Stoke City boss said that it was 'disgraceful' that Southampton were able to contact the Scottish midfielder without first gaining permission from the club.
The statements come on the back of earlier reports that Southampton had a €9 million bid for the player rejected.
